Store update leads to delete all hawk data

After force update process done, all hawk data are deleted

our customer is want to hold all data forever

is there any way to do this?

I have faced with this issue at my previous work so AFAIR we wanted achieve to preserve whole hawk data after the play store update done.

For instance from version 1.1 to 2

Can this be related to the "allowBackup" property in the <application> tag of the manifest ?
