Adding a district number breaks the search in Hungary
Users expect to find the address by specifying its district (9):

Our search interprets the leading number as a house number and ignores the last number. It looks like a generic issue.
Honestly saying, I have doubts that place=borough is a suitable tag here ..

Budapest + roman number of district is often used instead of just Budapest. not sure if this is helps at all
What could help is moving the search boundary to Budapest if the viewport is Hungary, because "kerület" always means it's in Budapest. English users might use district (etc.) so that complicates things though... (FWIW Google Maps translates Arrondissement-s in Paris to kerület and district as well.)
