Add support for showing Wikipedia articles in the (hu) Hungarian language

There are issues now with updating our Wiki data. It would be helpful if someone will help with generating from offline Wikipedia dumps: #3478

It's going well! You can add hungarian now in this file, together with excluded sections that are not interested for mobile users.
