[ENH] Allow to use org roam alias instead of the full title for the node

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. N/A Describe the solution you'd like currently the ui mode shows nodes with its full title , it would be nice to allow the option of using alias, sometimes that is more concise.

Hmm I think I could provide a global toggle, I.e. always show the 1st alias if it is available.

The other option would be to have an option in the right click menu, which shouldn't be too hard but I'm ot sure on the UX on that one, how do you imagine it?
