Improve Search functionality and remove Google Custom Search

v4.0 added search using Google Custom Search.

For better portability, would like to switch to a JavaScript-based search engine if possible, allowing self-hosting and offline instances.

The more I think about this one the sooner I want to get rid of the Google search (since anyone downloading the SRD will be sent back my hosted version when searching).
