sample app crashes

when I try to use this sample app it crashes as soon as the app is starts: http://blog.cendekiapp.com/2015/03/16/todo-apps-with-basic-crud-on-local-settings-with-nativescript-part-2/

I'll have to test it without docker to eliminate the possibility that docker is the related to the issue.
