Real-time ticker of transferred runes

As discussed previously, eligible tickers would need to be unpremined only, as to not directly contribute to the visibility of some runes that might be considered for profit. It would be cool if not only did the ticker show eligible real-time rune xfers and mints and etchings, but also if it ran a list of upcoming free/fair-mint rune launches that are scheduled at a future block height. I would think such a feature would need to include the option to disable the ticker, as well.

Would this ticker just be across the home page or would it persist as a header/footer across all ordinals.com pages?
