Plugin not available on jcenter or maven central

I am trying to run the sample project and following the instructions gives me:

Could not find com.orctom.gradle:gradle-archetype-plugin:1.4.6.3.

The plugin doesn't appear to have been released to https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/orctom/ and therefore can't be pulled into the project as a buildscript dependency.

Plugin is also not available at https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/orctom/

Am I missing something here?

No idea why the plugin can't be reached, it was under /gradle/plugin. I'll find it out later. I'm starting feeling disappointed about gradle...
