DateTimer - noCalendar() doesnt work

Describe the bug If I try to hide the calendar with noCalender() on the DateTimer, the selection for time is always displayed

If there is no calendar, the time is displayed. What were you expecting?

I would have expected the time selector to be hidden as well.
