Add docs on creating plugins and extending platform

Hello ,

Thanks very much for the new tutorials on the website. It has helped me very much with learning how to use this software. If you have the time can you please add tutorials on making a plugin or extending the platform? I know there is a tutorial on using js but I think a tutorial on making an installable package will be very helpful. something like https://laravel-admin.org/docs/#/en/extension-development

PS: I like this framework because of the clean separation between the php and the js,css. Laravel-Admin is nice with grid and other components but its too jumbled together and not so easy to customize
