[Bug]: iOS 17 safari keyboard don't open on focus

Bug description

Using tom select 2.3.1 with IOS17, noticed that the using the dropdown_input plugin the input is no longer focused, and the keyboard don't get trigger.

Any solutions or cause so far?

Thanks in advance.

Expected behavior

On click, should focus the input of search and trigger the keyboard.

Steps to reproduce

To trigger the keyboard, it's necessary to click over on the input.
