Plugin "Restore on Backspace" does not work with custom values (not selected from list of existing values)

Describe the bug The restore on backspace plugin only works on values which are already specified in the HTML tag "values". It does not work when entering new text values.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://tom-select.js.org/plugins/restore-on-backspace/
2. Type in "Test1234"
3. Press Enter
4. Press Backspace
5. "Test1234" is completely removed, should be editable

(!) For this bug to occur, persist must be set to false.

Expected behavior If you repeat the same steps with "awesome" (make sure to remove it first), the "awesome" becomes editable.
