error in tuned kalman

The varQ version works, but the tuned one doesn't:

Improper assignment with rectangular empty matrix.

Error in cmi_tuned_kalman_speech (line 81) [nq_nom,J1_Q2(i)]=intersections(nq,J1,nq,J2);

how to fix? thanks!
