orcasound
add portaudio support to docker base image
This was requested since portaudio is used for edge computing on rpi and it's hard to add to docker
I restarted them and they are green now 😉
But the storybook is still failing 😕

I have updated test images with
npm run docker:storybook:test:update
But smoke test still failed
I just repeat run of check jobs 4 times and now storybook test is successfull

I fear that this means that we introduce flaky test (unstable tests that are randomly failing). I hope not, this is a nightmare...
