New message not displaying. Need more user info (whos in the chat?)

Hello. New messages are not displayed. The page does not scroll down when theres new messages. Users need to manually scroll down to see new messages.(Is this a browser thing? I'll test with multiple browsers) As for user info the '4 users' is not enough. We need to see whos actually in the chat.
