Overview

This PR adds a new library: react-fullpage that allows us to achieve an "on-scroll" vertical slide behavior for the site's homepage

  • [ ] Share preview with team and get feedback
  • [ ] Ensure all mobile queries and breakpoints work
  • [ ] Ensure slide images are loaded before entering view (no flickering)
  • [ ] Determine if we'll buy commercial license
  • [ ] Clean up committed code
