Status code 409 is shown without saying the group already existed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Agent group > New agent group
2. Create a group with a group name already in use

Expected behavior Status Code 409 means that the client's request could not be processed because of conflict so "OK" should be removed from the message and the hint could be improved to the user showing the e error, in this case a group name already existed
