[Enhancement] WeakAura upload API

There is already an API to get aura information, but no corresponding API to upload a new aura. I would like this functionality in order to create a script to automatically sync my own developments to the wago.io website.

Would be great to get this feature. I have some custom code weak auras, that I maintain on GitHub and it would be amazing if it was possible to release to wago.io with GitHub Actions.

If I am not mistaken, there already exists an API endpoint to upload Addons?
