Add contact Error

Hi, This app is working fine, i configured ejabberd server on localhost, successfully logged in with the credentials in IX login page, i'm getting error when i try to add a new contact. attaching error screen shots here for your reference. where did i do the mistake ? <------------------- Showing error Herere ----------------->
