IE / IR Compatibility
Maybe you should go into a little more depth as to what those acronyms mean, as not everyone may know. Also might wanna state what version of forge/CC/Terra 1 to 1 you are using, just a heads up.

I'm not affiliated, just giving helpful advice for formatting a bug report.
Im not sure, make sure they work with cubicworldgen aka Custom Cubic because if not it probably won't work. Do trees and/or dungeons and/or flowers/tall grass generate where they would normally. If not, it's probably an issue with one of those mods overwriting the populator, and I wouldn't be sure how to fix. Send a copy of your runtime log.

Its good practice to use a www.pastebin.com or something similar for logs it looks like github cut your log off for being too long.

is it possible to generate this big electricity pylons, by placing schematics where they stand?
The log is interesting, it looks like one of those mods prevents the letsencrypt certificate from installing. I have no clue why that would be. You could try one of the old certificate solutions like changing your JVM in TROUBLESHOOT.MD to get the certificate back. Also, I guess it's possible but pylons can vary quite a bit and it would be strange to do them without other buildings or schematics, it could maybe be added down the line but right now I don't see that happening.
Looks like the author of #48 had success with mods having a similar issue by changing his JVM there should be a low quality tutorial in TROUBLESHOOT.MD
I changed JVM b4 posting my issue, some of the compatibility problems got fixed, but not IE. Seems like IR is running without IE somehow, rails and trains are fine, but i miss the wires/cables from IE for aesthetic & functional reasons when bulding. could not figure out how it interferes at all, so far.
