Water is generated above the sea level and covers a large area of land where no water should exist. This is located at longitude and latitude 49.956528, 11.607938 or at Minecraft coordinates 1067017 369 -6965989.

This is a well known bug it is very high priority. The problem has to do with the way overpass api's works.
