Edit "know issues" impossible

hi, When i try to edit a "know issues" via iIHM have a error 500. Detail error: 500 Internal Server Error: file does not exist.

tested with different browser.

@fredga, can you provide more information on the issue encountered, so we will be able to reproduce the behavior. Were you able to see any particular logs during this behavior?
