Run reference data set on vsphere

This is a follow up of #108 that completes coverage of the multi-iaas support with vsphere.

• [ ] Minimal vsphere bootstrap, and loading of COA pipelines. This leverages the existing bootstrap at https://github.com/orange-cloudfoundry/cf-ops-automation#bootstrapping-a-coa-env
• [ ] Enhance reference dataset with vsphere specifics
• [ ] Make dataset pass on vsphere (depends on #108)

Expected benefits:

• refine the reference data set multi-iaas support with a iaas distinct from the default (openstack iaas)
• open up COA to community users with vsphere infrastructure (incl a9S and some orange entities)
• cloud hosting cost reduction ? leverage orange acdc on prem vsphere resources
