Can't change IMAGE_ON_TERM value

Hello, typing IMAGE_ON_TERM=True and then config IMAGE_ON_TERM results IMAGE_ON_TERM: False . Is that normal ?

Entering config IMAGE_ON_TERM = true should do the trick.
