Claude skill for Serena

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Claude Code is forgetting to use Serena tools, probably due to automatic context compaction. It has to be actively reminded to use Serena in user prompts.

Describe the solution you'd like Consider using Claude skills. Either make the tools runnable as CLI, packed inside a skill or provide a first-party Claude skill for use with the MCP.

Serena as a skill(s) + CLI would consume less context than as an MCP.

To my knowledge, instructions to use skills are more resilient to the automatic context optimization.

Describe alternatives you've considered Use Claude hooks to remind it of Serena. No progressive disclosure, more context bloat.
