Build Graal VisualVM on regular JDK

By switching to Apache NetBeans 11.x (which contains necessary graalsdk and truffle-api libraries) and by downloading the profiler.jar from Maven central, it seems to be possible to build VisualVM's graal branch on a regular JDK8.
