Why oci_objectstorage_preauthrequest recreates URL?

Hi, I have oci_objectstorage_preauthrequest resource in my Terraform plan. The problem is that at every terraform plan, the Auth URL is recreated. Is there any way to keep this preauth URL static between updates? OCI Terraform module version: 4.61.0
