Time selection is not synchronised with value in the Inline DateTime picker (version 3.0.0)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to the cookbook sample: Inline DateTime
  2. Click the 'Select time' icon to launch the time picker
  3. Note: not all options are visible in the initial display
  4. Select another time
  5. Note: the time selected is not reflected in the bottom display of the current value
