OL8: dotnet 8.0 is not present in appstream repo

According to Microsoft documentation, dotnet 8.0 is supported for RHEL-8. Rocky Linux and AlmaLinux have it packaged in their repositories (and src.rpm's are present too):

• https://repo.almalinux.org/vault/8.9/AppStream/Source/Packages/
• https://dl.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/8/AppStream/source/tree/Packages/d/

Is there any way to see dotnet 8.0 packages for OL8 in official appstream repo? Of course, we can download rpm's from Alma or Rocky repos and reuse them, but it doesn't seem right.
