Update SQLcl Examples Folder with README description

@krisrice in https://github.com/oracle/oracle-db-tools/tree/master/sqlcl/examples add a README with a table listing:

  • File name
  • Description

I keep meaning to getting around to it. Hopefully this week. Most of it is on my blog pointing to the example here.
