body_include is shown before Project Groups

When using project groups and a body_include file, the content from the include file is placed before the listing of groups and the "Other" group. I would expect the contents of body_include to be placed below the list of groups. The wiki also describes this behaviour that I desire: https://github.com/oracle/opengrok/wiki/Webapp-configuration#include-files

Tested on opengrok 1.7.29

Here is a screenshot of the page source. the 2 panel-group projects div should be above the span my-body-include.
