[doc] Add hyperlink for section Services Supported

In the index page https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/API/SDKDocs/typescriptsdk.htm

The section Services Supported list out all the service.

It is good, but can we hyperlink each service item text to corresponding module page/doc/github README.md?

We will keep this ticket open to see if other users like the idea. We haven't had this request before and would like to see if this is something larger audiences want as well. From our side, we have this marked as a backlog item for now.
