Dear Oracle maintainers,

I'm struggling to port Kubernetes external-dns with your new OCI Workloads Identity Auth. I created a dummy PR to show the changes in the code here.

But when I inspect the Autit, I get a lot of 404 - Unauthorized error. Seems potentially related to the Policy Statements.

It would be greatly appreciated to have some help or a working example to help me fix that.

Did you add policies for your clusters? If so can you share them?
