This PR updates documentation based on changes around consolidating volume plugins into single cloud provider repo.

Awesome job! I wish this had been here when I had picked up some of these projects!

I am requesting changes, but, only for the 'neccicarily ' typo and TODO sections.

The rest is just my opinion. Great job!
