Add extended AQ/TEQ messaging support in spring boot

Revisit https://spring.io/projects/spring-data-jdbc-ext (https://github.com/spring-attic/spring-data-jdbc-ext in the spring-attic ) re "using a single local transaction manager for both database and message access " and at a minimum provide examples with TEQ using all possible spring messaging features/conveniences (ie anything above and beyond what we do already).
