tighten security privs

INVENTORY_USER should not have GRANT EXECUTE ON sys.DBMS_SCHEDULER privs

This is required to run the pl/sql version of the inventory service. Is there another way that you have in mind?

can admin user (or yet another devoted user) do this? not a huge deal I guess but would make security all the tighter.
