ARM macs are constantly complaining about graalnodejs binaries

I've been getting graalnodejs binaries to run a dusty old project, and mac m2 machine constantly shows this dialog, even going trough their foolish interfaces and deliberately oking the binary does nothing for future prompts, they are so frequent its unusable.

This does not happen with any other sdks i have installed. I'm not sure if mac gatekeepr is actually catching something or what...

Anyone can recommend what to do about this?
