Description

Current quickstart documentation is not so quick. New module users would benefit from a shorter quickstart document, even if it implies to take some opinionated choices.

The point is to have a vcn provisioned with the least possible steps to encourage newcomers to give it a try.

• Focus on clone from Terraform registry use case and remove the clone from git section from quickstart.
• maybe a single file config, or instructing to copy the content of files from an example
