feature_store: helm_chart: support k8s secret for mysql password

• Updates the helm chart for feature_store from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2
• Changes how MYSQL_PASSWORD can be passed in if using mysql auth basic:
  • Uses an optional K8s Secret
