-Integrates Partial and full close short with flash swap function

Note: This branch is checked out from the flashswapmint branch so that we can eventually merge this branch to the flashswapmint branch then merge the flashswapmint branch to the main branch.

Was getting this issue where it wouldn't let me partial close, just defaulted back to full close. Fixed itself after a couple of refreshes

@alexisgauba It's because useAppEffect for setting close full type is called periodically. I fixed it, so it should be good now.
