LP debt shows the wrong value when LP NFT is used as collateral

Describe the bug LP debt shows the wrong value when LP NFT is used as collateral since the LP is no longer owned by the user, rather by the contract, so the Uniswap subgraph isn't returning the correct amount of LP debt

To Reproduce

  1. Mint + LP from the LP page
  2. View LP debt
  3. Add LP NFT as collateral from vault manager
  4. View LP debt

Expected behavior LP debt should show the amount a user LPed even

Screenshots This user has 19 oSQTH LPed, but LP debt doesn't show that amount with their NFT as collateral unknownss Screen Shot 2022-03-13 at 6 15 32 PM
