Integrate short parts of new short helper into trade/short UI

  • Open a short position w flash deposit
  • Flash close short position and buy long
  • Sell long, open short position and sell short
  • Flash close short position
  • Take into account the two short helpers
    • users that have open short positions will still need to use the old short helper
    • when users close out short positions using the old short helper, they should use the new short helper to open new positions
