Bug in the text entry bar?

Open joshuarbholden opened this issue 2 years ago • 5 comments

I have a set of folders set up to start with single digits for easy access, so that I can press the Save key, the appropriate digit, and then Enter. However, sometimes when I do this, I see something like "6Enter" in the text entry bar, and from then on every keystroke goes into the bar (including Enter, Esc, etc.) until I click the mouse somewhere in the bottom bar. I can't see any pattern in when it happens and when it doesn't. Can anyone replicate this? I'm using Version 3.6.11, Thunderbird 102.6.1, Windows 10. Thanks!

It's solved with v3.6.12.

See #192

Super, thanks! Is there a timeline for 3.6.12? I can't find any mention of it, well, anywhere, really.

Look at the releases page of this repo and download the xpi file and install it manually.

Found it, thanks! I'm kind of a GitHub noob, I'm afraid.
