How to get a weblink-ed version of the "Welcome to: Manage Emails/ Nostalgy++ Updated" new-features-and-bug-fixes list?

Is there a way to get a permanent, render-formatted (eg: html-rendered) weblink (github-ed or not) version of the tab that appears in Thunderbird (upon xpi installation) that describes the new features and bug fixes of the newly-installed version?

The above new-features-and-bug-fixes text is nicely done; I'd love to be able to reference it from another document, but I think I need the weblink to do so.

this probably isn't what you want, but I made the 'onboarding page' (this is how Mozilla calls it) available from the help page. You get that from tools->Nosalgy++ or by clicking the icon in the toolbar.
