Unreplied button: icon is missing and unwanted text shows

In v4.0.5 the Unreplied button doesn't look right. When I tell TB to show only icons on the toolbar, the button shouldn't show any text but this addon does. Also, in the gap between the 'on/off' light and the text I suspect there is an icon which is now invisible.
