Search by f: plus b: does not bring up results

I enter this in the search field:

f:peter b:Pantry

and no results are found.

When I then hit Enter to search across all folders I get all results from Peter with the word "Pantry" in the message body.

TB: 102.15.1 (64-bit) ExpressionSearch: 3.8.11
