Header options added to Message Filter Rules not working properly.

Open blimtek opened this issue 1 year ago • 2 comments

The plugin adds some new header options (for lack of better term) to the message filter rules. For example "Attachment Name/Type".

When I select this, or any of the other options added by the plugin, there is no input/text field to apply what you want to be filtered. You can choose "contains" but you can't actually enter anything into a field to filter. For example if I wanted to enter something like "invoice" or ".pdf" the field that would be there for the default options, is not available or showing up.

I have tried restarting the client and restarting my machine. Running Windows 10 on TB Ver. 102.9.0.

I've noticed this behavior as well. In my case I was trying to use the "Subject (RegEx)" option.

But I was glad to see that this feature is at least being attempted. If it can be made to work properly, it will improve a great headache with the message filters in that you can only choose "any" or "all".

Can someone explain in basic terms how to perform a header search?

That say, say header is called "header" and content is "content". What is the correct command line for this type of search?

Thank you
