Seems not to be working in Resident Evil 4 Remake, FSR2 input

Hi,

Opti is not compatible with all FSR2/3 games (specially with custom implementations of FSR2/3). If FSR2 Pattern Matching is not helping probably RE4 is one of them too.

RE4R, just like other Capcom games, requires REFramework (upscaler branch IIRC). Don't ask me how, didn't try it, but I believe people have mentioned Opti working with REF.
