Multiple monitors - how do I specify which screen to use?

I have Ubuntu 15.04 installed and have an external monitor installed. I can't seem to get the dock to move to the external monitor when it's plugged in. Any idea how I can achieve this?

Dock stays at main display by default, it is not possible to change it to another monitor.
