Describe the enhancement Similar to x-optic-path-ignore, it'd be nice to have a x-optic-content-type-ignore (which would be for the response content-type header).

Additional information Typically, for most (but not all) endpoints I would only want to bother looking at responses that return JSON or plaintext.
